C2 Financial has assisted me on multiple out of state and in state (CA) purchases, they gave me clear explanations on how they are able to capture the best pricing and all of the choices of loans. I looked at other lenders, but they couldn't come close to the pricing or the in depth explanations of how my transaction would work and how I can close quickly. My realtors were blown away when C2 had docs for me a week earlier than expected and how they communicated. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. I have been in the loan industry for 39 yeas.  I originally worked for a Large S & L back in the 80's, then went to work for a small mortgage brokerage firm where I worked 19 years.  Later moved to a retail lender and after 5 1/2 years of being a direct lender, I realized that platform did not provide the best service or pricing for my customers/clients.  I joined C2 Financial 5 years ago and have never looked back. This company has incredible ethics. We are extremely conscientious about compliance, and doing things the right way.  They look for the best lenders, and options to offer their clients, and loan officers. C2 is an amazing company.  They are approved with more lenders and offer more loan products than any other broker I know.  This allows each loan officer to offer more choices to their clients and at the most competitive rates.

I recommend all borrowers work with C2, especially when purchasing a home.  It is very risky to use 1 bank, especially a retail bank, when buying.  If any issues pop up during the escrow period, C2 loan officers can move your file to another lender ASAP.  This can be the difference between getting your new home or losing it.

However, I recommend choosing an experienced loan officer you like working with who communicates with you promptly and in the style you prefer.
